Pyxism Compared To TVI Home Business - Truth Exposed
To start with, let me point out this review comes from someone who has in fact run both the TVI Express and Pyxism home businesses. I joined both programs, sponsored people into both programs, attended webinars, coachings, etc in both programs. I am sharing my feelings so you will not make the same mistake.
TVI, also referred to as Travel Ventures International: I started out with TVI as the compensation plan was excellent, the products sounded good, and the start up costs were cheap, just a $250 one time fee.
Pretty fast people I spoke to saw the superb potential and they joined TVI too. As my team grew that is when the issues surfaced. First it was difficult to get money to the company. Second, nobody knows accurately who owns the company and that was becoming problematic. But the major issue revealed was something that is concealed in the compensation plan. It is the way the boards break up which means your team splits away from you too. It was shocking to see how quickly my pack was on different compensation boards and my team was fragmented to such an extent that none of us could help each other.
Furthermore when people from other teams are on your board and they determine to stop TVI or to refocus on their other positions on other boards then your board stalls. I rapidly stopped recruiting into TVI as it immediately became apparent that the TVI corporate entity would make so much money from people who became stranded on boards and the most of the people joining would not make money, only the few at the top would earn the big funds. I feel like it is a TVI Express scam.
Pyxism: I was fortunate to find Pyxism almost automatically. Needless to say I analyzed their compensation plan more extensively to ensure they did not have the same issue with boards splitting and team fragmentation. Lloyd has a fantastic track record, knows the travel industry and is very accessible. He does some presentations himself so people understand the motivation and culture of the company and can ask him questions. This is so refreshing.
After my persistent analysis of the compensation plan, the products, the start up costs, and the owner of the company, it was apparent that Pyxism solved all the issues I found at TVI. I was so impressed that moved my team from TVI to Pyxism where I know people can be successful.
